Introducing the Authors

Nancy (left) has been passionate about writing since she first picked up a pencil. With a literature degree, a masters in teaching writing, and experience as a fiction editor, teacher, and nonprofit writer, she’s now a published author. For Nancy, every story is an adventure, and every word a chance to bring joy and meaning
to life.

Brianna Jade LaVarda (right) is a traditional artist rooted in Colorado, where the abundant wildlife and rugged beauty of the region shaped her creative perspective. Her illustrations explore the quiet connection between humans and wildlife, capturing moments that feel both personal and universal
